We are looking for a Senior Manager – Segments to lead our prepaid revenue and recharge initiatives. You will take ownership of P&L and segment-related strategies, manage product portfolios, launch new promotions, analyze data, and drive forecasts and business performance. This role is critical in shaping value propositions, driving customer engagement, and ensuring overall business growth.
Monitor business performance and provide proactive updates and insights to management.
Collaborate with stakeholders on end-to-end product design and value proposition.
Develop and execute product and marketing strategies (ATL & BTL) aligned with business objectives.
Own and track key metrics including recharge, revenue, active base, churn, and engagement.
Analyze market competition using traffic trends, market research, and internal data.
Plan and implement initiatives to enhance revenue, activity, and customer retention.
Manage the prepaid subscriber base, ensuring churn is minimized through timely interventions.
Formulate and oversee micro-segmentation strategy executed by the CLM team.
Review recharge, revenue, traffic, and subscriber trends and devise improvement strategies.
Identify opportunities, analyze potential returns, create business cases, and implement product/tariff changes.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to maximize impact.
Analyze product strengths, weaknesses, and competitor activities.
Lead and support team members in reporting, analysis, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, BPO, Legal, and Corporate teams.
Generate actionable insights and provide stakeholders with data-driven recommendations for decision-making.

Education:
MBA or MS in Management Sciences with strong business acumen.
Experience:
8–9 years in marketing, strategy, or product development within technology-driven companies.
Proven track record in leading teams with revenue/P&L responsibility.
Experience as a functional architect, project manager, or sub-project manager is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge Areas:

Deep understanding of the Pakistani telecom industry.
