Job Purpose

Lead and manage assigned territories by coordinating with distributors and order bookers to achieve sales targets, while executing effective sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set monthly unit-wise and value-wise targets for assigned territories.

  • Assign day-wise targets to order bookers based on their areas to ensure full outlet coverage.

  • Prepare and share sales reports for territories and categories to monitor performance against targets and KPIs.

  • Manage and motivate order bookers, ensuring they have complete product knowledge and resources to perform efficiently.

  • Conduct market visits to ensure effective outlet coverage, monitor productivity, and understand market dynamics and customer behavior.

  • Execute trade marketing activities at all assigned outlets in alignment with Trade Marketing plans.

  • Plan and monitor sales efforts by analyzing territories and RTM (Route-to-Market) strategies.

  • Build strong relationships with key distributors to align objectives, optimize value, and achieve strategic goals.

  • Efficiently manage budgets, forecast sales, and make informed decisions to maximize returns, minimize costs, and drive revenue growth.

Background Requirements

  • Education: Graduate

  • Experience: 4–6 years in a relevant sales role
