Job Opportunity

Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Executive Officer (Finance) to support financial operations, reporting, and coordination across departments.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com

Experience:

• Minimum 03 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and perform regular account reconciliations.

• Prepare, review, and reconcile financial statements, vouchers, and periodic reports.

• Maintain accurate, well-organized financial records and supporting documentation.

• Perform accounting data entry in financial software with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure effective coordination with programs, departments, and internal/external stakeholders.

• Exhibit strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Hands-on experience with accounting and financial management software.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
