About the Role:
Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to drive strategic hiring initiatives and strengthen our employer brand. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a passion for attracting top talent and promoting a compelling employee value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Partnering functions.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and key selection criteria.

  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and maintain HR metrics dashboards for VP HR.

2. Employer Branding:

  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position Engro as an employer of choice.

  • Partner with the Communications team to manage social media and online presence to attract potential candidates.

  • Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, and other outreach activities.

  • Create content highlighting company culture, values, and employee success stories.

3. Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment and branding strategies.

  • Track and report recruitment performance and employer branding metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and employer branding best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in social media and online recruitment platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
