As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for WL1 roles across Pakistan. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a passion for recruitment, and are committed to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, this role is for you. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and leverage insights from the talent market to support business needs effectively.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for WL1 roles, including sourcing, screening, assessments, and offers.
Talent Market Insights: Understand internal and external talent landscapes to identify and attract top talent.
Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to align recruitment strategies with local market requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement enhancements to recruitment processes and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
Functional Organization: Organize recruitment by function to identify synergies and meet business needs.
Problem Solving: Address recruitment challenges proactively and implement solutions to optimize hiring outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3+ years of recruitment experience, with solid knowledge of talent acquisition processes.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and software; experience with Workday, HiredScore, or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
Experience in high-volume sourcing and screening.
Familiarity with AI and automation tools in recruitment is advantageous.
Prior experience in a global or matrix team environment is preferred.
Fluent in English.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
Commercial acumen with expertise in candidate engagement and influencing.
Ability to clearly communicate job requirements, company culture, and expectations.
Effective multitasking and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
Relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
Commitment to quality and meeting SLA requirements.

Local market knowledge preferred.
