Job Opportunity Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager Finance to join our team and drive financial efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications:
MBA / M.Com / ACCA / CA Inter
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Support budgeting, financial planning, audits, and compliance activities.
Utilize advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or equivalent.
Demonstrate strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Skills & Competencies:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Expertise in ERP/accounting systems
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
