Jadeed Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Admin Officer for its Sheikhupura Hatchery. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative expertise, hands-on hatchery experience, and the ability to manage logistics, security, and operational support functions efficiently.
Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the hatchery.
Supervise security arrangements, driver management, and vehicle operations (commercial & private).
Ensure timely repair and maintenance of company vehicles and facilities.
Handle local procurement and vendor coordination.
Provide logistics and operational support to hatchery activities.
Maintain accurate administrative records using MS Office and ERP systems.
Liaise with government departments and officials as required.
Lead and supervise the administration team to ensure smooth operations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (required).
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience (hatchery experience is mandatory).
Strong command of MS Office and ERP software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in hatchery operations will be preferred.
Experience dealing with government departments/officials is an advantage.
Candidates residing in or familiar with the Sheikhupura region will be preferred.
