Jadeed Group is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager – Oil to lead and expand its edible oil sales operations in Gujranwala. The role focuses on distribution development, market execution, and achieving sales targets while strengthening customer and distributor relationships.
Develop and expand the distribution network within the assigned territory.
Monitor market trends and provide timely reports to senior management.
Ensure achievement of monthly primary and secondary sales targets, contributing to 100% quarterly and annual performance.
Plan and optimize sales routes in coordination with the distribution sales team to ensure full market coverage.
Control and minimize market credit exposure.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities with the sales team.
Engage directly with end users to understand market challenges and product performance at the ground level.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
07–09 years of relevant experience in the Edible Oil Industry, preferably in the Gujranwala region.
Strong understanding of customers, competitors, and market dynamics.
Result-driven mindset with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.
