The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) is inviting applications for the position of Call Center Agent – NTL on a contractual basis. This role involves providing professional customer support services through inbound communication channels in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
Graduation from a recognized and reputable university
Degrees must be attested by HEC / relevant regulatory authority
Preferably 03 years of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role
Experience in handling:
Billing inquiries
Customer complaints
Troubleshooting and basic technical support
will be considered an added advantage
Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone calls and emails
Provide accurate information related to services, billing, and technical issues
Actively listen to customer concerns and deliver effective solutions
Assist in developing and implementing customer service improvement initiatives
Maintain professionalism while managing multiple customer interactions
Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-ups
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities
High level of empathy, patience, and customer orientation
Proficiency in MS Office and VICIDIAL / Call Center software
Fast and accurate typing skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a shift-based environment
This position requires shift-based work to ensure 24/7 customer support operations
Appointment will be on a contract basis with an initial 6-month probation period (extendable if required)

Government/Semi-Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC)
