Call Center Agent – NTL (Contractual) - (HQ) – National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA)

Job Description

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) is inviting applications for the position of Call Center Agent – NTL on a contractual basis. This role involves providing professional customer support services through inbound communication channels in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.


Educational Qualification

  • Graduation from a recognized and reputable university

  • Degrees must be attested by HEC / relevant regulatory authority


Professional Experience

  • Preferably 03 years of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role

  • Experience in handling:

    • Billing inquiries

    • Customer complaints

    • Troubleshooting and basic technical support
      will be considered an added advantage


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone calls and emails

  • Provide accurate information related to services, billing, and technical issues

  • Actively listen to customer concerns and deliver effective solutions

  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service improvement initiatives

  • Maintain professionalism while managing multiple customer interactions

  • Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-ups


Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities

  • High level of empathy, patience, and customer orientation

  • Proficiency in MS Office and VICIDIAL / Call Center software

  • Fast and accurate typing skills

  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a shift-based environment


Additional Information

  • This position requires shift-based work to ensure 24/7 customer support operations


Terms & Conditions

  • Appointment will be on a contract basis with an initial 6-month probation period (extendable if required)

  • NADRA reserves the right to accept, reject, withhold, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage

  • Number of positions may be increased or decreased as per organizational requirements

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview

  • Candidates providing false information will be disqualified

  • Government/Semi-Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC)

  • Selected candidates must provide:

    • Medical Fitness Certificate

    • Character Certificate

  • No TA/DA will be admissible

  • HEC-attested degrees must be presented at the time of interview

  • Electronic devices are not permitted during test/interview
