Expert UI/UX Designer – Digital Healthcare Platforms – Jazz Pakistan

About the Role:
Jazz is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of end-to-end digital healthcare experiences across multiple platforms and user personas. This role focuses on translating complex clinical, operational, and regulatory workflows into intuitive, safe, and accessible user experiences.

You will support Apna Clinic’s migration from partner-driven platforms to in-house technology while ensuring healthcare usability, accessibility, and safety standards. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, CX, Operations, and Clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Healthcare Experience Design:

• Own UX design for doctor consultations, pharmacy, labs, surgeries, and procedures.

• Design appointment booking, video/audio consultations, prescriptions, lab report access, and high-value booking flows.

Multi-Persona Product Design:

• Craft experiences for Consumer Mobile App, Doctor App, Admin & Operations Portal, and Partner Dashboards.

• Ensure minimal cognitive load, role clarity, and workflow safety for each user type.

In-House Migration Support:

• Analyze existing partner-led workflows.

• Identify friction points and usability risks.

• Redesign processes optimized for in-house systems while maintaining consistency.

UX Research & Validation:

• Conduct usability testing to enhance trust, clinical clarity, and error prevention.

• Collaborate with teams and incorporate feedback from doctors, patients, and support staff.

Design System Ownership:

• Develop and maintain the Healthcare Design System.

• Standardize colors, typography, alerts, notifications, and accessibility guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers.

• Translate workflows into high-fidelity, build-ready designs.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (HealthTech exposure is a plus).

• Experience: 5–8 years in UI/UX or Product Design with a focus on complex systems, preferably in Healthcare or regulated industries.
