About the Role:
Jazz is seeking a Stream Head – In-House Platforms Migration to lead the end-to-end migration of our digital health platforms from partner-led systems to fully in-house technology. This pivotal role ensures functional clarity, regulatory compliance, and scalable architecture while translating business vision into actionable, engineering-ready documentation.
The role collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations teams, playing a critical part in building robust and scalable healthcare platforms.
In-House Migration Ownership
Audit existing partner-based systems (Consultations, Pharmacy, Labs, Surgery, Payments)
Reverse-engineer workflows, APIs, data models, and system dependencies
Define as-is vs. to-be architecture for complete in-house migration
Identify migration risks, gaps, and phased rollout strategies
Business & Functional Analysis
Own and maintain BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Map end-to-end workflows for Consumer App, Doctor App, Admin & Operations Portal, and Partner Integrations
Translate complex healthcare and operational processes into clear, actionable deliverables for engineering
Product & Engineering Collaboration
Work with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, UI/UX Designers, and QA teams
Break features into modules, milestones, and sprint-level deliverables
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT cycles
Data, Reporting & Analytics Enablement
Define business logic and metrics for GMV, order lifecycle, and financial/operational dashboards
Enable clean data models, event tracking, and analytics frameworks for engineering teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Health/Insurance Informatics, or related field
Healthtech or Insurtech experience is a strong advantage
Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
