Education:
Master’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, Development Studies, or a related field.
Experience:
5–7 years in communications, media, or advocacy—preferably in the development sector. Strong English and Urdu writing skills are essential. Proven experience in multi-channel campaigns, digital platform management, social media and SEO analytics, and media/advocacy coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of integrated communication and media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Draft, edit, and publish high-quality press releases, newsletters, reports, blogs, and other communication materials.
Oversee the creation of engaging digital content for social media, websites, and campaigns.
Document and present success stories, case studies, and impact reports for advocacy, donors, and public engagement.
Supervise multimedia production including videos, photography, graphics, and other visual assets.
Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and branding.
Analyze digital engagement, social media performance, and audience insights to optimize strategies.
Design and implement innovative advocacy and digital campaigns to boost organizational visibility and influence.
Manage website content and SEO strategies to enhance online presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, journalists, and influencers.
Coordinate with program, policy, and fundraising teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
