The Grid Manager is responsible for driving overall business performance within the assigned grid, with ownership of key KPIs including sales, revenue growth, mobile broadband penetration, channel development, trade visibility, and cell site utilization. The role focuses on expanding market presence, strengthening distribution channels, and delivering an excellent customer experience in line with Zong 4G’s commercial objectives.
Drive revenue growth through 3G/4G sales, including handset sales, by deploying new smartphone shops and improving the performance of existing retailers.
Ensure high-quality gross adds, 3G/4G activations, and channel expansion across SIM sales, Mini Load, VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, and Postpaid.
Identify high-potential areas within the grid to maximize sales performance.
Ensure timely placement of purchase orders by franchisees to maintain uninterrupted stock availability.
Manage end-to-end complaint handling, CSI monitoring, and quality assurance at franchise and retail levels.
Ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality customer experience across the grid.
Coordinate with trade marketing teams to execute brand visibility, BTL activities, trade promotions, market splashes, product displays, and special events.
Strengthen channel awareness and business development initiatives within the territory.
Identify untapped markets and guide teams to increase retail penetration and network utilization.
Support BDOs in route planning and market coverage strategies.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts for SIMs, scratch cards, Mini Load, and recharge.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Head to plan localized sales promotions in low-performing or underutilized areas.
Ensure staff and retailers are well-trained on Zong 4G products, services, and SOPs.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance, discipline, and stock availability.
Keep channel partners aligned with company policies, targets, and trade promotions.
Ensure availability and proper placement of POS and merchandising material at all outlets.
Coordinate with Marketing and Channel teams on business development activities, promotions, and special initiatives across the grid.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (required)
2–3 years of relevant experience (sales, distribution, or telecom preferred)
