Position Overview

Meezan Bank is inviting applications from dynamic, motivated, and career-oriented individuals to join its Branch Banking Sales Team as Business Development Officers (BDOs).

This is a career-oriented role designed for both fresh and experienced candidates, offering structured learning, professional development, and clearly defined career progression paths.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Driving branch business growth by marketing deposit products and cross-sell / wealth management solutions

• Achieving assigned sales targets in line with:

  • Shariah principles

  • Service quality standards

  • Compliance and audit requirements

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Promoting Meezan Bank’s Islamic banking products with integrity and professionalism

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized university or institute

• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset

Age Limit

• Maximum 28 years as of December 31, 2025

Age Relaxation (2 Years) applicable for:

• Hafiz-e-Quran

• Candidates who have completed Dars-e-Nizami / Shahadat ul Almiyah with HEC equivalency

• Differently abled persons

Employment Terms

• Initial contract of 1 year, renewable based on satisfactory performance

• High-performing candidates may be considered for regularization after one year
