To manage regional sales operations, trade marketing activities, and reporting & analysis, ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies and compliance across channels.
Monitor channel partner activities to ensure compliance with frameworks and policies.
Plan outlet footprint expansion for e-Channels, Mobile Commerce, Retailer Stock Ordering Systems, and Segmented Channels.
Coordinate with HQ and regional commercial teams on sales staff training, data visibility, policies, and new product launches.
Support synergy projects, including channel helpline dashboards, regional performance indicators, communication models, and automation strategies.
Implement standardized sales operations and policies in alignment with action plans.
Resolve regional customer complaints, manage CSI/SLAs, and support franchise help desk tasks.
Assist RD/Sales teams in setting annual and monthly channel-wise targets for Zong products, aligned with company objectives.
Review and optimize regional strategies considering blue ocean opportunities, channel plans, and organizational goals.
Conduct independent market intelligence to monitor sales performance across all channels.
Track sales activity, growth, and performance dashboards against KPIs.
Perform detailed analysis of channel sales, revenue, and productivity.
Coordinate with Channel and IT teams for remapping requests and CMS updates.
Create new channel IDs in CMS for channel expansion.
Supervise reconciliation of BVS devices with HQ, channels, and vendors; maintain BVS records and handle mapping requests.
Manage franchise support related to CRM issues, channel rights, customer ownership, MNP issues, and communicate commission payouts.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Experience:
1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
