As an Assistant Manager B2B Sales at Telenor Pakistan, you will play a key role in driving our B2B business forward. You will contribute to positioning Telenor Business products as market leaders while enhancing your expertise across diverse B2B segments.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and engagement.
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Plan and execute daily customer visits to explore new product opportunities.
Manage account handover processes efficiently with the services team.
Ensure high-quality sales and seamless customer experience.
Support customers in resolving network, billing, and service-related issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and experience.
Daily Activities May Include:
Drive solution selling for existing and new accounts with a strategic approach.
Achieve product-wise KPIs using core GSM and enterprise solutions.
Ensure complete compliance with governance and documentation standards.
Provide timely updates to customers on network outages or service changes.
Collaborate closely with services, operations, and product teams.
Conduct end-to-end due diligence during new customer onboarding.
Continuously enhance selling skills and product knowledge, particularly IoT and enterprise solutions.
Maintain strong relationships across all levels within assigned portfolio.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Sales, Marketing, or related field).
MBA (preferably Marketing) is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Corporate Servicing, Client Management, or Key Account Management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong business acumen and problem-solving attitude.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of digital solutions and solution-selling strategies.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Team player, adaptable, and proactive.
Knowledge of IoT and Enterprise solution selling is highly desirable.
