Job Overview:
Alkhidmat Khawateen Trust is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial management. The role involves maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily financial operations, office workflows, and record management.

  • Maintain accurate financial documentation, transaction mapping, and reporting.

  • Prepare financial summaries, reconciliations, and budget-related statements.

  • Ensure compliance with taxation, vendor deductions, and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage CBR/FBR documentation and support tax compliance processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.

  • Utilize MS Excel and finance/accounting software effectively.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and taxation.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial software applications.
