Unilever Pakistan is looking for a driven and curious Assistant Customer Operations Manager (ACOM) for our Homecare category. This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end category operations, drive strategy execution, and deliver outstanding results across modern and distributive trade channels.
As ACOM Homecare, you will combine analytical insight, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder management to ensure business growth and market leadership.
Category & Trade Operations:
Own and manage category SOPs and E2E operations.
Lead trade promotions, TTS management, and regional/national DP tracking.
Lock quarterly targets with field teams and monitor achievement by account and geography.
Ensure timely submission of BUPs and DBR activities.
Co-own CCFOT KPIs with CSD and address possible loss reasons.
Channel & Market Execution:
Develop Channel Business Plans (CBP) with key value drivers for various categories.
Manage overall A&P trade spend to advance CBP strategy.
Prepare PS One-Pagers for competitive EDGE gain.
Coordinate product launches, relaunches, and micro-marketing plans with field teams.
Analyze Nielsen Retail Audit and EPOS data to optimize channel P&L and market share.
Rationalize orders across customers/geographies for fair stock distribution.
Monitor and ensure SOP compliance for CSD effectiveness.
Plan contingencies to cover delivery gaps and conduct region/account-wise CCFOT reviews with loss tree analysis.
Sales & Tactical Planning:
Formulate, adjust, and execute TPR networks.
Adjust EDLP/Bonus structures to drive volume.
Conduct pre- and post-OPSOs and deep-dive analyses at region, town, and distributor levels.
Lead ARM forums and manage key stakeholders across SC, Brands, Field Sales, and CD Excellence.
Coordinate stock for OTIF with Supply Chain.
Energized by delivering results and leading by example.
Responsible for own wellbeing and high-quality work delivery.
Consumer-focused, humble, and proactive in interpreting data and spotting opportunities.
