About the Role:
As a Relationship Officer Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL), you will play a vital role in connecting the bank with its customers. Your responsibility will be to understand clients’ unique financial needs, provide personalized solutions, and drive asset sales while maintaining the highest ethical standards. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that our clients benefit from tailored financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers according to bank SOPs.

• Achieve sales targets through genuine and ethical banking practices.

• Market bank products and develop sales strategies.

• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of credit.

• Ensure timely repayment of loans and maintain 100% collection rates.

• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.

• Safeguard customer documents and comply with all regulatory guidelines.

• Facilitate smooth loan booking and customer interactions, avoiding cash handling risks.

• Maintain excellent internal service standards and address customer concerns proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in banking or financial services.

• Strong aptitude for persuasion, negotiation, and client relationship management.

• Commitment to ethical banking practices and compliance with SOPs and regulations.
