As a Specialist Experience Delivery at Jazz, you will take end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives that shape the employee experience across People Experience (HR) functions, including Onboarding, Offboarding, Financial Governance, and Case/Employee Request Management. You will report to the Stream Head – People Experience Delivery and collaborate with a team of 10 professionals.
You will play a key role in translating data into actionable insights, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving impactful improvements in employee experience.
Own end-to-end reporting of employee experience ratings, service KPIs, payroll, cost patterns, and vendor spend trends.
Analyze feedback, case management trends, turnaround times, and resolution quality to identify gaps, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
Track payroll and benefits cost variations, identify anomalies, and highlight risks or optimization opportunities.
Analyze vendor service delivery consumption (travel, training, facilities, office supplies) to provide value-for-money insights.
Prepare clear, insightful monthly analytics dashboards and leadership-ready decks.
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations, identifying root causes, trends, and correlations.
Support management reviews by presenting insights, tracking progress, and revising action plans.
Establish and monitor benchmarks for experience, cost, and service metrics.
Ensure high standards of data confidentiality, governance, and compliance.
Partner closely with Onboarding, Offboarding, Financial Governance, Vendor Management, and Case Management teams for alignment and accountability.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, digitization, and reporting enhancements.
Experience in analytics, reporting, operations, HR services, shared services, or customer experience roles.
Strong analytical mindset to identify patterns, outliers, and root causes across operational, experience, and cost data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools, with the ability to create leadership-ready dashboards.
Ability to manage multiple data streams accurately and efficiently.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Understanding of employee lifecycle processes, payroll, benefits, vendor management, or service delivery is a plus.
High ownership mindset, curiosity, and confidence to recommend data-driven improvements.
