Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce organizational security policies and procedures.

• Monitor internal control systems to maintain appropriate security clearance.

• Develop local security programs in line with corporate standards and legal requirements.

• Continuously improve measures against theft, pilferage, robbery, fraud, and other site-specific risks.

• Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and relevant authorities.

• Develop and execute annual security business plans.

• Lead deployment of processes and systems to mitigate security risks.

• Ensure compliance with corporate security rules, SOPs, guidelines, and government regulations.

• Monitor health and safety procedures within the store.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve security-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Prior experience in security management or related field is an advantage.
