HSE Coordinator – Stylo

Job Summary:
Stylo is seeking a proactive HSE Coordinator to ensure a safe and compliant warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will implement and monitor HSE policies, conduct inspections, and promote a safety-first culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce HSE policies, SOPs, and safety standards in warehouse operations.

• Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards.

• Maintain HSE records, incident reports, and regulatory documentation.

• Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs for employees.

• Monitor proper use of PPE, safety signage, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

• Support environmental initiatives, including waste management, recycling, and energy conservation.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities and assist during compliance audits.

• Inspect and maintain firefighting systems and fire alarm equipment, ensuring readiness.

• Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning.

• Foster a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science.

• NEBOSH Level 3 / IGC and IOSH certification.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of OHSE management systems and international safety standards.

• Expertise in risk assessment, audits, and incident investigation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to identify training needs and deliver effective safety programs.

• Proficiency in report writing, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of hands-on HSE experience in warehouse operations.
