Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager – Sales Reporting will manage all aspects of the Management Information System (MIS) for the sales function, providing accurate, actionable, and timely data analysis to support management decision-making on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the IT department/vendors to ensure on-time delivery of sales-related IT projects.

• Design and implement KPIs for effective sales performance measurement.

• Oversee Master Data Management to create efficiencies across the sales organization.

• Ensure system integrity for product and customer data to minimize discrepancies.

• Centralize and manage master data for effective reporting and analysis.

• Support the sales team by providing insightful reports and data-driven recommendations.

• Liaise with third-party providers for secondary sales data support.

• Develop, implement, and review Policies and SOPs to strengthen sales operations.

• Conduct training sessions to roll out new policies and SOPs for relevant stakeholders.

• Establish a strong Sales MIS foundation and promote an information-driven decision-making culture.

• Approve and oversee all MIS-generated reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

• Standardize MIS procedures across all business applications.

• Analyze business reports, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

• Manage MIS team, including recruitment, supervision, development, and performance management.

• Centralize and maintain master data for all distributors across Pakistan.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate (any discipline)

• Experience: 4–6 years in relevant sales reporting or MIS roles
