The Executive Employee Experience will manage and oversee courier service operations across NWD, ensuring timely deliveries, SLA compliance, accurate vendor coordination, proper payment processing, and consistent service quality to support seamless business operations.
Manage day-to-day courier operations, including dispatch and delivery activities.
Verify and process courier/vendor payments accurately and timely.
Ensure high-quality courier services to maintain smooth business operations.
Monitor and manage vendors and shipments across different service categories (overnight, overland, detained).
Resolve operational and vendor-related issues promptly.
Ensure all shipments are picked up, delivered, and received according to agreed SLAs.
Track delivery performance, service levels, and operational efficiency, recommending improvements where necessary.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administrative Sciences.
Work Experience:
4–6 years of experience in administrative operations or related fields.
Generic Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to process improvement.
Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and senior leaders.
Experience in corporate event management and problem-solving.
Job-Specific Skills:
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with analytical techniques and reporting.
ERP knowledge and experience (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Understanding of the telecommunication industry and local market dynamics.
