Job Overview

BSP (Responsible Packaging), a part of Packages Group, is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, and service delivery. The role involves managing key customer relationships, achieving assigned sales targets, and supporting the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage customer satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service issues and monitoring satisfaction levels

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts

• Set sales targets and develop actionable plans to achieve them

• Act as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders

• Lead all aspects of the sales process, including coordination for proposal development and delivery

• Support business development initiatives as directed by management

• Ensure timely recovery of payments from customers

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• MBA or equivalent qualification

• 1–5 years of relevant experience

• Proven experience in:

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Sales & Marketing

  • Operations Management

• Strong understanding of developing and maintaining marketing strategies

• Ability to work independently with high motivation

• Strong multitasking, communication, and coordination skills
