Zong 4G is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Strategic Sales & Services to strengthen and expand its corporate sector presence. The role focuses on acquiring new B2B clients, retaining existing corporate customers, and delivering high-quality customer service to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
Drive sales of Fixed Broadband solutions, including Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLC, Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to B2B and corporate clients.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
Identify new business opportunities and develop competitive strategies for the corporate sector.
Onboard revenue-generating corporate customers and expand the existing client portfolio.
Enhance sales from current clients by maintaining strong relationships and delivering superior customer service.
Achieve monthly sales targets as defined by management.
Explore and capitalize on growth opportunities within the existing client base.
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with new corporate clients.
Proactively identify customer issues and ensure timely resolution to drive referrals and new activations.
Ensure revenue assurance in line with assigned targets.
Implement strategies to increase revenue from both existing and prospective clients.
Monitor corporate activations and disconnections, analyzing reasons for churn.
Develop and implement retention strategies to minimize customer attrition.
Address service, billing, and operational issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Preference will be given to candidates with BS Telecom or BS Computer Science
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B or corporate sales
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Effective negotiation and communication abilities
Team-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities
Excellent presentation skills
Corporate and B2B sales expertise
Business development and revenue growth strategies
