Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified Head of Operations with 15–18 years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale printing and packaging plant operations. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering and demonstrate strong expertise in production management, lean manufacturing, and quality control.

This role focuses on optimizing production efficiency, minimizing raw material waste, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets across printing, die-cutting, and post-press operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-press (design), product development, and lean manufacturing initiatives.

• Analyze production capacities, coordinate with S&OP planning, and ensure daily production compliance.

• Monitor floor operations, resolve production and quality issues, and ensure timely availability of materials.

• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance, coordinate with engineering, and manage machine schedules.

• Drive continuous improvement projects with Lean Implementation and cross-functional teams.

• Analyze production waste, maintain records, and implement measures to improve output quality.

• Provide leadership, training, performance management, and foster a collaborative work environment.

• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, HR protocols, and workplace safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

• Experience: 15–18 years in large-scale printing & packaging operations
