Petition filed against former Chief Justice of Pakistan

Petition filed against former CJ Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry in SC. Petition has been filed against former Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry in Supreme Court. Applicant Iqbal Kazmi who filed petition in the Supreme Court Karachi Registry has stand that former Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry has misused his authority, and held that Article 186 does not part of Constitution, while the Parliament did not declared that article excluded from constitution. The applicant is requesting the court to take action against former CJ under the article 6.
