Plan C_ Karachi partially shut as PTI tsunami hits

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf,s (PTI) Plan C kicks into action in Karachi, aimed at forcing an inquiry into alleged rigging in the May 2013 general election. The Sindh government has said it will not allow a strike, stating earlier that government machinery would swing into action if anyone attempts to shut the city down by force. PTI,s earlier shutdown in Faisalabad saw one PTI activist killed during violent clashes with Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) supporters and police.
