Amazon Launched Its First iOS App for Sellers

Amazon just launched its first iOS app “Amazon Seller” which will help vendors to search for new items to sell on Amazon and it will also help to control the selling. World’s largest online retailer “Amazon” officially launched its first iPhone app under the name of “Amazon Seller” a mobile app to facilitate its sellers. The news of the release was shared in a forum on Amazon. According to the release new app will help the sellers to control their products in a more organized and sophisticated way that will also help Company (Amazon) to built a way better and more secure online selling platform. Amazon Seller has been built in such a unique manner with a series of tools that will help the vendors to manage their accounts in multi ways with smart features and will also help them to interact with the customers in an easy and convenient way. It will not only limit to the accounts or interaction with customers, in fact the app is designed to make the sales and purchase system easier than it was previously. The app will also help the vendors to track the prices of the products and will also help them to track and compare the prices of different products or items to sale. While using the app vendors can know about customer’s reviews of the products and can also track the sale ranks of the products. Amazon Seller will help vendors to find or search for new products to sale or to make a list for or of the sales. One of the impressive features that Amazon Seller carries with it is its ability to estimate values that helps the merchants to have an estimate about the probability of the sold items including storing fees and some of other costs that will give an idea to the merchants to compare and analyze that how much they stand against each sold item. And this feature can be utilized in two different ways by sellers, one by scanning a barcode of the item and secondly, by searching manually in the app. No doubt, it’s one of the impressive steps that Amazon has taken but it should have been taken a bit earlier, because before the release of “Amazon Seller” there was not any specific app that was designed or provide by the Company to facilitate the vendors, and sellers had to rely on third-party apps to manage the sales and their accounts as well. But this time Amazon has almost secured its vendors because the app goes through its own servers and none of the third-party has access to any of the information of the sellers.
