Emirates Airline decided to impose life ban on Tahir-ul-Qadri

LAHORE: Emirates Airlines has threatened to lodge ‘plane hijacking’ case against the incumbent Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government, if the plane carrying Dr. Tahirul Qadri at Lahore airport was not vacated at the earliest, ARY News reported Monday. Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri is onboard Emirates Airline flight EK-612, which was scheduled to land in Islamabad this morning, but was diverted to Lahore over security reasons. Since 8.30am, the plane is stationed at Lahore airport, with Dr. Qadri refusing to disembark citing security concerns.
